Go for the Glow

Proper nutrition inside and out protects your skin from summer sun.
Protect yourself from sun by using a sunblock (with zinc oxide, a mineral compound) that immediately deflects ultraviolet A and B.
If you get sunburn, topical aloe vera can help.
Basic regimen
wash face day and night with gentle cleaner, exfoliating old cells, toner, and moisturizer
moisturizing daily using mineral makeup that has spf 20 and above.

Internal Skin-care

eat anti-inflammatory diet- lots of fruits and vegetables- beta-carotene(orange and yellow produce) lycopene (tomatoes and red fruits) lutein (green leafy vegetables) and minimizing sugar, caffeine.
OPC3- too much sun can creates free radicals --> wrinkles and possibly skin cancer. antioxidants are key to protect your skin
