Essential Fatty Acid Supplementation

In this day and age of fat phobia results everyone wants to eat lowfat or nonfat food, daily essential fatty acid supplementaion may be confusing to some of you. However, the recommendation make sense. While it's true we should consume no more than 30% of daily calories as fat, a lack of dietary essential fatty acid plays a role in the developement of many chronic disease such as heart disease, cancer, and strokes.

What a 4 day weekend! "Belief" was the magic word during the conference.

Henry says his experience is like a christian conference with a touch of business. I thought that was really nice description of our weekend.  

There were songs, emotions,  and feeling of strength and positive feelings throughout the weekend.  Even though we didn't sleep well, had to bump from people to people to get to the good seat, then sit at least 10 hours with lunch being the only break, we still had a great time!
